Why can't an agency buy fewer seats than they have TAM licenses?
 

Although we charge by the total number of TAM licenses we recognize the programs will be used primarily by employees with customer facing responsibilities like owners, producers and CSR's, and we have priced them accordingly. We deliberately set our pricing on the low side so it is fair and the return on investment will be immediate in terms of account retention.

   
Does the Agency Renewal Processor 2.0 or Agency CRM duplicate my agency management system?
 

In short, no because that wouldn't be a wise business model! We think we're onto something new. Our software doesn't just automate long, complex processes and workflows; it re-engineers the actual workflows so agencies and people work more efficiently and productively together. The result is far fewer meetings and follow-ups because your desktop can provide up to the minute snapshots and detail on every renewal and customer relationship.

We are quite certain that nothing like this exists in most agency management system which is validated by the fact that many agencies tell us they are devising critical customer facing workflows outside of TAM, in Excel for example, that require extensive tracking and collaboration. The problem is these solutions are not elegant or automated because these agencies are not software developers.

Why is this the case? Not everything lends itself to activity based management. Activities are good for following up and documenting simple tasks. For example, how in your agency management system do you know the exact phase of each renewal, the details associated with each phase, or the strategy for that renewal? Even if you could extract the relevant activities to sketch together the sequence of the each renewal, it requires that you constantly run reports and then meet and query your staff for information and updates. The problem is that solution doesn't foster collaboration between team members because there is no centralized virtual marketing file organized by renewal year. When using the Agency Renewal Processor 2.0, everyone will literally be on the same page and working much smarter. The producer and the CSR will actually work together towards accomplishing the renewal goals, as opposed to working in a vacuum. Everyone is empowered, always accountable and everyone can have a bird's eye view.

   
What's unique about your solution?
 

We bring vital information from TAM and supplement it with intelligent workflows, all presented seamlessly in rich graphical, dynamic views. By making reports come alive and become interactive, many traditional reports, and the traditional workflows behind them, become obsolete.

   
How often is the database being updated with TAM data? How long does the update take?
 

Every 15 minutes to every 2 hours. Frequently used information such policy and client information is updated every 15 minutes. The frequency of the updating can be customized to your needs. In a test environment, we have set the update to run as often as every minute without any problems. The update is seamless to the end user and has no impact on TAM.

   
What are the system requirements for Agency Renewal Processor 2.0 and the Agency CRM?
 

All you need is any Windows server and then you need to enable IIS (Internet Information Services). IIS is built in and comes standard on all Windows servers. We are using SQL 2000 for the database, but if you don't have SQL 2000, we will install the free version of SQL (MSDE) for you.

   
Do you write any data back to TAM?
 

We are currently only reading data from four of your databases in TAM. While we have received requests to synchronize renewal related activities, this will be a future release because the tools we need are temporarily off the market.

   
How well do your programs integrate with TAM ?
 

Both solutions work seamlessly and safely with your existing TAM data, and are easy to get up and running. Whatever changes you make in the TAM is automatically being updated in our programs (every 15 minutes/half hour/hour or according to the schedule).

System Requirements

  • TAM 7.2 or higher (our program does not work with TAM Online).
  • Any Microsoft server that can run IIS (standard on all Microsoft 2000 Server, Microsoft 2000 Advanced Server, Microsoft 2003 Enterprise Edition, Microsoft 2003 Standard Edition and Microsoft 2003 Web Edition). You just have to enable it if it is not turned on already.
  • SQL 2000 (SP4), MSDE (SP4), or SQL 2005.
  • Client requirements: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, or Mozilla FireFox 1.0 or higher.
